How to Play: Players can freely decide to play entirely for free or to upgrade their status at any time. While you play for free, you are prompted to make real money payments in exchange for credits (Crystals) by visiting the ‘Garage’ or ‘Buy’ tabs along the top of the game screen. These Crystals are the ‘in-game currency’, and can be used to purchase tank upgrades. To focus only on playing for free, simply click on the silver ‘Battles’ tab at the top of the game screen to return to the main dashboard area.
Once you get down to the exciting business of actually taking part in a battle, you can control your tank’s movements using the Arrow Keys or the WASD Keys on your computer keyboard. Soulset guide. Capture the Flag (CTF) - The objective here is to capture the enemy flag, and carry it out from enemy territory to your base.
Control Point (CP) - Each team has to capture as many ‘Points’ as possible, and achieve the highest score.
Battle lengths can last from 2 minutes to several hours (at the discrepancy of the original battle creator). It takes great skill to play long-term for free because you do not have the armor and ammunition to withstand the firepower of the other players (many of whom will have upgraded their status). Crystals can be earned without payment but at a much slower rate. Keep an eye open as you drive around battlefields to find free crystals, shielding, N20 (Nitrous Oxide), and other upgrades. These items fall in random places and at random times throughout each battle. If you do not collect these parachuted supplies (dropped in a box), they disappear or another player collects them, and it may take a few minutes for more supplies to be parachuted in.
The longer the battle, the more crystals to be won (for free). Join and leave a battle at any time (but obviously that battle progresses while you are away). A team may contain from 1 to 100s of players. At the end of a battle, all crystals are shared among the winning team. The more tanks you have eliminated - the bigger share of crystals you receive.
